Kathleen has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for the past 15 years. Her estate sale business also began to take off Fifteen years ago when she discovered an under-served market. Many of her clients are real estate clients who are managing the estate of a loved one who has passed away or a client who is looking to liquidate their belongings before selling their home. 

Kathleen has also owned cleaning & organizing companies for the past 30 years. Her past experience in helping clients get organized - mixed with her growing knowledge of the real estate markets - gives her a unique opportunity to provide top-notch service for clients looking to get the most out of their estate.
