Heirloom is a one-stop approach to estate administration. We provide one point of contact for the executor/trustee/personal representative and their estate planning team. We do everything from maintaining and selling the real estate to distribution of personal property, collectible appraisals and sales, accountings, heir searches, asset searches, and everything in between. Alternatively, we act as independent trustees for people, and for their pets if they have a pet trust, when this option makes more sense.
How we are different:
While working in estate planning on complex trust administration matters, and in residential and commercial real estate, over a combined 30 years, it became really clear to me how unprepared executors/trustees/personal representatives tended to be, despite the excellent estate plan that was in place. Rarely were they truly prepared for the tasks at hand or the time commitment they signed up for. With this in mind, Heirloom was born. We handle everything from A to Z in an estate administration, taking the pressure off of the grieving family.
