Dogwood Estate Sales will conduct the sale from the beginning until the end. You, the client, incur no upfront fees and there are no hidden costs. Our fees generally range from 30 to 50 percent of sales. The percentage is based on a number of factors to be discussed during our on-site visit. We have many satisfied and happy customers and are always willing to offer references upon request. It is our mission to treat you as we would like to be treated, like family, and Dogwood prides itself on going the extra mile. This can be a stressful, emotional time (whether it be an estate sale or a move/downsizing) and it is our goal to provide the best possible experience.
We now offer a complete Life Transition experience as well. We will come in and measure your new place, and determine what will fit in your new space at the assisted living facility. At which time, our interior decorator will advise you on what will fit into your new space. We will carefully pack your belongings and carefully move you. Upon arrival we will unpack you and set you up in your new location and then proceed to liquidate the rest of your belongings, getting the maximum amount of monies.
