I met Janice from All Cities Estate Sales and Clean Out Services in May 2013, she was doing my friends estate sale. My friend was very upset do to the loss of her mom. I was very impressed with Janice for her knowledge of the business, but also with her compassion for my friend. Compassion is very hard to find in business today. I hired All Cities Estate Sales and Clean out Service in May of 2015. When Janice came to my house it was in disarray my mom had passed away I was distraught everything was everywhere, Janice went above and beyond to help me organize items that I wanted to sell and items I wanted to keep. She also cleaned old stuff out and threw things away that I did not want. A few days before the sale she came over with her tables. table cloths and the house looked beautiful the presentation of the items was great. I attended All Cities Estate Sale in Matawan in June 2020 I was Surprised at all the Signs requesting to wear Masks & Gloves to enter the Sale If No gloves they provided hand sanitizer when you entered the Sale during the Pandemic Janice & her Staff were friendly & very helpful with Questions . I was Surprised at how smoothly the sale ran during these difficult times . I will attend Future Sales . Sale was set up neat & clean . Janice and Vick did an estate sale for us in Caldwell recently. We were moving and the house was packed with 20 years of accumulation! Janice came in and organized and priced everything, and was very respectful of our items and our home! During the sale the whole team kept a watchful eye on the buyers, were strong negotiators, and did not sell anything below our price without checking with us. Janice and Vick have a strong following and I would strongly recommend them!
