Barbara and her team did a wonderful job of cataloging and auctioning the items from my father's estate. This is a gated community that does not allow a typical estate sale. Barbara took all the items off site for pickup, arranged for a dumpster to dispose of anything not saleable, and left the house empty and swept out.
