Make It Fly! estate Sale Services specializes in conducting estate sales from start to finish. Our company is passionate about the work we do. We combine knowledge, research skills, sales and marketing talents to bring your sale to fruition. We work on a commission based on a percentage of the gross proceeds of sale. This commission is based upon the work required to conduct your sale. This can be discussed at our initial meeting upon examining the task set before us.
Working quickly and efficiently we organize your sale within space(s) allotted for the amount of merchandise you would like to sell. Turning this space into a two-three day “pop-up store” we sell items where is and as-is. We photograph the merchandise for sale, create ads and signage to be strategically posted to garner public interest. We staff the sale with enough people for the space allotted and merchandise for sale. Our sales run from 9:00am-5:00pm each day. At the end of each day we count out, record and communicate the proceeds to you in person, or by text, or email. After the sale we “cash out” the sale with you in person. We provide the profits in cash form with a receipt that breaks down the sale by gross proceeds, commission, expenses and net profit.
Post-sale we leave the sale space(s) in “broom swept clean” condition. Extra services can be arranged for a hourly charge of $15.00 per hour, but must be discussed and noted before contract is signed. These services include: boxing of charitable donations and arranging for a pick up, bagging garbage and loading bins, arranging for scrap metal disposal, cutting building materials for disposal, etc.
