Mark Young just let me know that today, as expected, he has finished with his work in my parents’ apartment.  I’m writing to suggest that he and Susan be added to the group of sources you recommend to people selling their apartments.
 
I have found them to be thoroughly reliable, professional, responsive, helpful and in every way, a pleasure to work with.  With my parents in Florida and my home in MD, I had to have people in NY on whom I could rely and whose judgment I would trust.  From the first meeting, I knew I’d hit it right with them.   Working with them has made what would otherwise have been a terribly stressful process as easy as it could possibly have been.  They dealt with every aspect of the sale of their goods, the final cleanout of the apartment of goods that could not be sold, and Mark even took donatable items to a charity, with the receipts for the donation being sent to my parents for their use on their taxes.  It was a soup to nuts service that was graciously managed by them for what I consider to be a very reasonable fee.
