Southern Tidiness is a new estate sale company serving Greenville and the surrounding areas.  Southern Tidiness was started by Kathryn Garven a retired elementary school librarian.  The last few years of teaching she worked part time with a reputable estate sale company, Fresh Start in Charlotte NC.  Southern Tidiness estate sales are clean, organized and a joy to visit.  Southern Tidiness is here to help those who want to declutter, downsize or clear out a house.  Minimizing the stress of these tasks is number one for us!
