• Sign a contract and begin preparing for clean-up of your personal belongings.
• Set-up for a sale may take 1-3 weeks depending on several factors.
• Amerson Group then begins staging the house, taking photos and then we advertise your sale. We have all of the necessary tools (tables, tablecloths, cleaning supplies, pricing tools, credit card machines, and everything else that’s needed to organize the estate).
• The most time-intensive portion of our role is researching items and pricing all the contents. Estate sales usually last 1-3 days, and prices are determined by our Company and are discounted as the sale progresses. 
• We conduct your sale for 2-3 days and complete any requested clean-out services.
• Receive your funds!

Our professionals can help you get a fair price for your belongings while keeping the atmosphere positive and professional. Security staff manage customer flow with walkie talkies protecting your property, and keeping things calm.

These “turnkey” services also include the total cleanout at the end of the sale, leaving your home empty within a few days once the sale is complete. We're happy to provide references if requested.
