We hold estate, collectible, antique, general merchandise, farm, and business liquidation estate sales and / or auctions. We will meet for a FREE consultation to determine which of the sales ideas is best for you. There is never any up front cost. Our rates are extremely reasonable and lower than other companies.
Auction Companies / Auctioneers are licensed by the state and must meet strict standards and laws to insure customer satisfaction. Estate companies are not licensed by the state. That makes us the better choice to handle you sale. We use our forty years of experience in the antique business to assist you with your sale. We abide by strict moral and ethical standards.
This company is owned by Frances Peoples. My husband, Surcy, worked with me until he went to heaven. I am a life long resident of Montgomery County. My staff and I will handle your sale in any area of the state of Texas. We enjoy our work and the help we can provide to people.
We understand moving, downsizing, and family loss. We provide caring and compassionate service. We understand the pressures of any of these situations. We provide a contract that covers every aspect of the sale. We welcome and answer all questions.
We will research the sale items so that we may price each item appropriately. When the sale is complete, we will assist you with the unsold items. We can assist you with consignment sales, auction, or donations to charity.

We will use our extensive email list and mailing list, websites, newspaper ads, and appropriate signage to bring in many customers to your sale.
We accept cash and credit cards to increase your sales. Credit cards accepted will be Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Approved will be accepted to a limited extent.
We provide a complete list of items sold. By state law items shall be paid in 15 business days. This allows credit card sales to clear the bank. Often the payment is within 5 days.
