Downsizing is hard. Selling what you don’t keep is even harder, in lots of ways. Mandy and Dawn of Texas Sisters Estate Sales made it easy, beyond belief, for us. They began with a thorough inventory, followed shortly thereafter by a comprehensive market and pricing analysis. They set up the physical site, kept all of the neighbors informed, coordinated the traffic and parking, and orchestrated the flow of customers-in and sold-goods -out. Sold nearly everything, and that which was not sold was selectively donated. In the end the house was absolutely empty, spotless, and ready to turn over to our real estate team to put on the market. It was awesome, and we could never have even come close to what we received from the sales, or the ease with which all of this was done, without Mandy and Dawn. If you are downsizing and selling, these are the folks you need on your team
