The property that was cleared by the very capable team from Clutter to Cash was that of a hoarder. The team worked efficiently to organize rooms full of stuff and arranged for a sale of those items that were of considerable value and arranged for the donation of furniture, clothing and household items to churches and those in need in the area. A perfect solution if you are trying to clear a house of lots of things you no longer use or need. I interviewed 4 estate sellers. Darcy was the most engaging and informative. We had to sell our parents and it was an extremely difficult event. Darcy explained the procedure and we set times and dates. She was always on time, and always available when I called for follow up or just had questions/concerns. Oh my goodness - where to start, and do I have enough room to put all the accolades that should be bestowed upon Darcy and her Clutter to Cash team. I needed a miracle, and the Lord provided me with my angels. From the moment we met, my husband and I knew we were dealing with someone who was truthful, honest and filled with integrity. She originally declined us, because it wasn't going to be a good fit, but she knew we were desperate and needed help clearing out my Mother's home. She spent time showing us how to do it ourselves, but I knew she realized we needed her, and that's when they put their thinking caps on and made the miracle happen! We were willing to pay her to just haul off the clutter, but she turned a piece of coal into a diamond. Not only did they make a handsome profit for my mother, but they made the house show-case ready for the sale of my mother's home DURING the estate sale. Mom's house was cleaned out spotless, the home sold in 24 hours of hitting the market, and we walked away with way more than we could have ever imagined. I was kept in the loop on the precious finds we didn't know we had (Mom most of her stuff from Harvey), but Darcy painstakingly looked through everything to find those diamonds in the ruff that would make my mother's transition much more comfortable.

If you are hesitant regarding the estate sale process or thinking you may get ripped off, then contact Clutter to Cash. Honesty and integrity are oozing from their pores. I looked at other sellers, but was referred by a friend to Darcy and her crew. I owe my friend a steak dinner, and I have not problems putting my name on this review.
