The Company has a helpful and friendly staff. Prices always seem to be fair. Living in the New Braunfels area I have been to a few of there sales. Always very well set up and organized making it easy to look around. The Company keeps safety in mind only allowing a few in at a time. Most Estate Sales get crazy and customers do act ugly. Texas Burn Survivor Society was privileged to have Mr. Rogers as our auctioneer at our recent Pianos and Pints. He did a great job of incorporating personal stories into his pitch for each auction item, making it entertaining even for "non-bidders." Went to an Estate sale last week in Garden Ridge. Loved the sale. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Found several items was helped by staff to write me a ticket and when I found anything else the friendly staff add to my ticket with no problem. Upon check out handed my ticket to the cashier. Thought I would tell you about my experience at NB Auction Company... It was wonderful. My husband and I attended an estate sale sponsored by NB Auction and everything was so orderly and the prices of items were put on everything. No waiting to find a price on anything.
The estate was even offering a car for sale. I didn't think much about it, but after the weekend decide to ask more about the car. Gary Roger went out of his way to return my calls quickly and gave me a lot of great service to complete the transaction. We later visited the store site and I was very impressed on the staff and how everything from the many estates was labeled for easy verification as to price and original owner.
