Greetings!!  We are Jim Jolly and Tom Hiatt and we are the owners of Higher Ground Estate Sales out of Rockwall, Texas. We have been involved in estate sales for over 40 years.  In 2024, we managed 48 estate sales in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. We have both spent many years working as appraisers and estate sale managers with Discovering Brighter Horizons Estate Sales in Rockwall County, Texas, which is now located in Florida and Pennsylvania. 

With over 600 estate sales in those years, our background comes with many years of estate sale experience.
