*** HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!*** I am someone who very much enjoys going to estate sales, so I have been to my fair share of them. Never have I had such a GREAT experience than I did with Elite Estate Sales, Inc. this past weekend in Walden of Atascocita! First, they did a most thorough job of advertising the sale, right down to the signs in the neighborhood that led me directly to the house. Once I got there, I was amazed at how orderly this sale was, as every last aspect was run with precision and competence. I learned that this company is a family owned business, and I had the pleasure of getting to know the matriarch of the company, as well as her sons Mike and John. They are some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Not only was every last family member/worker incredibly friendly, but they were very respectful, fair and exceedingly helpful! I feel like the attitude with which they run their business is unlike anything I have seen before in dealing with estate sale companies. Not only were they obviously focused on doing their absolute best for the family that they were representing, but they were equally focused on making the experience a positive one for the buyer. This company clearly knows their market, as their prices were set at that optimal point that ensured a great return for the family, while offering competitive prices that were appealing for the buyer as well. This company obviously takes great pride in putting their family name behind a truly competent and respect-oriented business. I went to the sale with the intent of purchasing garage shelving, and ended up buying enough to make three suburban trips worth! The prices were great, the quality of items they were selling was high, and the professionalism with which they ran the sale was most impressive. Little things such as having a representative in every part of the house, which ensured that things were not stolen (as is often the case in estate sales), but also allowed for any questions about pricing etc. to be answered immediately, were key. There is no doubt that I will not only follow this company to attend their sales in the future, but i will definitely be using them when the times comes that my family requires these services. My favorite estate sale family ever! They are like MY family. I recommend them to my friends often. Their prices are great on the FIRST day of the sale for quality items! I try to ALWAYS make their local sales - even if I am not looking for anything, I always find stuff I just can't pass up!

Amazing services! They go above and beyond, you can tell they genuinely want the most for their clients! Prices are great! I honestly can't express how friendly and organized this company is. You are welcomed right when you walk in! Will definitely go to another sales that they host!
