Initial consultations are always free! We travel to the sale site and evaluate the potential sale at no charge to you. Our goal is to ensure your event is stress free and successful for you, as well as a pleasant shopping experience for every buyer that shops the event. 

Setup and Staging

We supply jewelry cases, tables, wifi and customer service reps while transforming your site into a department store. We take great care in cleaning, displaying and aesthetically organizing items for a well-displayed and executed sale event. We do our best to ensure ease of traffic and safety throughout the home and parking in the area. We mark uneven foot traffic spaces for safety. 

Sale Pricing

Your items are priced according to current fair market liquidation value. We research to ensure the best possible prices for your possessions.

Supplies and Equipment

We supply all the equipment/personnel necessary to conduct sale setup, and supply bags and wrapping for easy customer carry out.

Signage/Marking

Brightly colored signs direct traffic to your sale every day of the sale. We ensure permits are sought and cover that expense. We clearly price items at the sale and attempt to give buyers directions for well-sought after items. We always remove signs after sale and follow local ordinances.

Advertising

Honor Them advertises and promotes the event to our established clients, social media (Facebook, X, YouTube, Linkedin, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) as well as top estate sale websites, and other market-related methods when available.

The property location is managed by our responsible staff. We are here to help you with the highest level of security, honesty, diligence and sensitivity. 

Post Sale

Post-sale options are explained at our consultation and incorporated into terms and conditions of the sale. We have multiple options many other estate liquidators do not address.
