I hired Tracy and her team to help me downsize. Her team were experts on pricing my Asian decor and wall fans. My daughter also included several things in the sale at the last minute and Tracy arrived early to price the items accordingly.

I also used her move out services. Her team worked tirelessly to get me out in one weekend so I could close on Monday.

I submitted my request on estatesales.net, via their app, which was very simple and easy to use. I requested to be contacted after 11 a.m. At 9 a.m. Tracy called and she explained that if she waits until my requested time slot, I would have already hired someone, and now looking back, that would have been true. She was the first to call, explained all about why, herself, her business and I could tell, in her voice at that time, how caring she is. After her call, I believe I received no less than 30 more phone calls, so she was exactly correct in that the early bird gets the worm.

Another thing I would like to mention is how I met her in person for the first time. Due to social distancing, she had her mask on, even before she got out of the car. She approached me with her business card right away and introduced herself. From there we did a tour of the house, she took pictures, and the process began. She gave me an approximation of how much we could expect to make, and she was above what she mentioned, but spot on!

I met her team on the day they came to price the items in my moms house. Unfortunately for them, I had packed everything into boxes and they had the tedious chore of unpacking all the items. Tracy arrived a bit early, which I feel is great as my mom always says “early is on time, on time is late”. I signaled to her to come in and her team arrived shortly thereafter. What I thought was extremely professional was that her and her team all had matching shirts that had Tracy’s business name on them. I honestly did not expect that, I don’t know why, I just didn’t. 😊 All of her team were so very friendly and because I was still in the house for a bit while they were there, they were very quiet spoken and respectful.

After the pricing came the sale. I went in prior to the sale just to see how things were setup as I didn’t really know how this works. Let me just say, Tracy and her team had it setup so nicely that I felt I should buy something simply because she made my moms items look so much better 😊

Sale day came and on the first evening, I got the first report on how things went. The second and final day of the sale, that evening, I got the end report, which again, was spot on. Only a few days later, I received the check for mom. It was above what the approximation was. Tracy even texted me a few days later to see if I had any questions, concerns, or comments.
