We specialize in downsizing service and estates.  We also offer complete housecleaning services once the home is vacant. We have been living in the area 50 plus years in the community.  House cleaning services include:  carpet cleaning, washing floors, cabinets, light fixtures, windows, basements, garages, bathrooms. We price all the items for sales and include all supplies and tables and advertising.  We do not charge to sort out household items. 

We additionally provide a service for offsite estate sales. We have access to a brand new heated warehouse. Doing this, we can run a sale over multiple weekends to give your items more time to be featured and sold.
