This team did an absolutely amazing job! They were meticulous at organizing and pricing every item in
my home, transforming it into what looked like a retail store in just days! Every room, and niche had its
own theme - decorative holiday items, sports items, jewelry, fishing, kitchen, and they even turned a large
walk-in closet into a video gamer's dream! Lisa provided water to those waiting outside in the heat, as she
is extremely conscientious of her customers, but also protective of the home allowing only a certain
number of customers in at one time. At the end of the sale, the home was empty! Lakeshore had items
removed that did not sell and donated them, providing me with an itemized list of donated items. I cannot

Unless one has found themselves thrust into having to handle the estate of loved ones after their passing, one can never understand how overwhelming the entire process can be, especially when coping with the loss. Imagine a beautiful home, occupied for more than 60 years, with thousands of collectibles, beautiful furniture, and hundreds of art pieces. Where to begin was mind boggling. Lisa and the staff at Lakeshore Estate Sales took all of the weight of managing the home and property, including the clean out, off of our shoulders. The level of care they showed for the property to be sold and the house, itself, was second to none. Words cannot describe the amount of genuine compassion they showed towards us as well as the level of respect for the legacy of our dearly departed loved ones. We were so impressed with Lisa, who maintained a level of communication, which is

They truly took care of everything and communicated it all so we were never concerned. Once the sale was over, our home was left empty and tidy - virtually ready for our new owners to move in.
