This table is nice and sturdy and is good for large or small space. When open with one 10" leaf inserted it measures 6ft x 42" x 29" high. I did not measure all closed. I would guess it closed down to 24 x 42. There are some finish issues on the top and some scratches on the legs as it has been used over the years. Still sturdy and in good condition. Four chairs all match. All seem fairly sturdy,
