Most gold items are tested with either acid or electronic testing if they are not stamped. All stones are tested with the Presidium Duo Tester for hardness. Any item that has an appraisal are guaranteed by the appraiser only. We do NOT guarantee any Strauer items. DiamondAura is a trademark of Strauer.

Electronic items are available to be tested and paid for in person by appointment only.

For online purchases: all items are to be picked up within 10 days of the date purchased or it will be forfeited, unless otherwise prearranged. All monies paid will be used as a restocking fee, so there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
