Pickup Details All credit card purchases require photo ID. Cash payments are allowed when picking up. All pickups are by appointment only. Security will be present. If there is an appraisal, it will be available with purchase. Call for any questions before you purchase. We do not make any guarantees regarding colored stones, as to what they are exactly. We do use the Presidium Jewelry tester for all stones, including diamonds. In some cases we will also test gold and silver. If we say "stamped" we did not test it, and you are more than welcome to test it yourself while at your appointment. Once it has left, we will not offer a refund for any reason.

We will not be responsible for colored stone descriptions, we just test to be sure they are real, not always is the type exactly accurate. If you are not sure of any item, do your research prior to purchase. Shipping is included in the price. We will not be responsible for misdirected, mishandled and incorrectly shipped items. Shipping Insurance is included in the price, so signature will be required for all jewelry. Cash payments are available for local pick up only. No Checks, No PayPal, No Venmo.
