Pickup Details All credit card purchases require photo ID. Cash payments are allowed when picking up. All pickups are by appointment only. Security will be present. If there is an appraisal, it will be available with purchase. Call for any questions before you purchase. We do not make any guarantees regarding colored stones, as to what they are exactly. We do use the Presidium Jewelry tester for all stones, including diamonds. In some cases we will also test gold and silver. If we say "stamped" we did not test it, and you are more than welcome to test it yourself while at your appointment. Once it has left, we will not offer a refund for any reason.

If you are not sure of any item, do your research prior to purchase. All billing happens at the time of purchase and Shipping is as soon as the shipper picks up the item or it is delivered to USPS. We will not be responsible for misdirected, mishandled and incorrectly shipped items. Insurance is not included in the price due to local pick available.
