This is a complete Panasonic Stereo set up. I don't know much about electronics but will describe to the best of my ability. I plugged everything in and it all seemed to work. Lights came on, turntable did its functions. Currently unattached to speakers. I did not have an 8 track to try that player. There are two sets of Panasonic speakers so four in total. Panasonic 4 channel Auto 1C-CD4 and a turntable. All comes in its vintage stereo cabinet.
