Interior is rough, tires flat, and body has rust. Great for someone wanting a unique vintage project, parts, or a drag/hot rod build.

There is a walkout basement for easy access. This is a fairly large home and easy to manage moving the items. You will be responsible for moving your purchase.
At a later date in December, we will be having an in person Estate Sale as this house is packed and we still have a large storage unit to bring here also! So don’t miss that sale!
