Payment and Pickup Obligation
By placing a bid, you agree that all winning bids constitute a binding purchase contract. You further agree to pay for and pick up all items won within the designated pickup period.

Automatic Payment for Failure to Pick Up
If you fail to pick up any item by the stated pickup deadline and have not obtained written approval for alternate arrangements, the credit card you provided at registration will be charged in full for the total amount owed.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Items
Any item not picked up by the deadline, and for which no approved alternate arrangements have been made, will be deemed forfeited.
Forfeited items become the property of the auction company and may be resold, donated, or otherwise disposed of at the company's discretion. No refunds, redits, or compensation will be issued for forfe. V items.
