There will be no sign up sheet. This will be first come, first serve sale. Make sure to be in a single file line to get in. We will not allow pushing, shoving or rudeness.

All jewelry and valuables kept off premises.

No large backpacks or purses allowed.
We will ask you to unload your shopping bags at checkout, to make checkout faster for all.
Do not block driveways.

We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment methods. Please ensure you have the appropriate payment method with you.
We charge sales tax and are not required to take reseller certificates, but are happy to provide a receipt for you to turn in with your taxes for the write off.
Please bring help to load items.
Valuables kept off premises until sale day.
Well behaved children welcome.
We welcome questions about upcoming sales, but won't give out pricing or pre-sales.
All sales final. No returns or exchanges. Please view items carefully before purchasing.

Sometimes the family takes items after I list the sale. Please feel free to contact me the day before the sale to ensure an item you're really wanting is still available.
