NOTE: Sign up sheet will be posted outside of the house at 5:30am on the day of the sale. After you sign in, you can head out to breakfast, go home and sleep, or just hang out in your car. No other customer-created sign in sheets will be valid. This is a nice sale in a quiet golf course neighborhood.
