A FEW THINGS….WE HAVE TRIED TO PRICE EVERYTHING INSUDE THE HOUSE but the garage is a free-for-all;) *You can just throw things into boxes or your bags and we will group price for you *We do have quite a few boxes to start off the sale so grab one to put your items in VERY IMPORTANT!! Most of you know that Tracy and I roam around and will sub-total your items to make it easier when you are ready...

Adorbs little gal! Plus the cows are a favorite of mine. In an old farm animal care book.

Table on table on table;) We found some old military items in the sheds that I had fun staging with. I’ve added a few odd memorabilia to this setting as well

You can put succulents in those little pink booties;) That’s a super cute and creepy reptile bag…I know, I know it’s bad that those ignorant folks a hundred years ago made purses from these guys but consider it a piece of history and not some crap made in a faraway country from plastic.

Great wooden bread bowl and a super fun dog book. It’s sitting in a velvet tatting bench

I wish this dresser was in better shape but we are selling the drawers, mainly for the hardware. There are dachshunds everywhere! This is an original art piece by the owner.
