There will be no sign up sheet; there is plenty of room in the house for everyone, but please mind your manners.

There are no returns and/or refunds. Purchases are in “as is” condition.
The overhead garage doors and barn doors will open at 9am, NOT the front door of the house.
This sale is like our others...we need to empty the house. Our prices are not firm; but please be reasonable. There is a two stall garage, full of tools, fishing poles, a large chest freezer, furniture, crocks, sewing machine, outdoor furniture, large doll house, keyboard, lots of misc. Pole barn has log splitter, lawn mower, snow blowers, lots of wood, porch swings, table saws, drill press, bikes, chain saws, lawn equipment, lots of misc. Shed has more misc. House has clothes, shoes, jewelry, lots of kitchen small appliances, dishes, hutch, glassware, extensive hat collection, cleaning supplies, sewing machines, mid century...
