FECIT PRESENTS: The Whispering Oaks Collection - Pre-sales will open Monday as pictures are uploaded!
This is a sale you do not want to miss! Not only are the furnishing in the home for sale, but so are the fixtures, the appliances, cabinets, etc. As long as it doesn’t affect the structure of the home, it is for sale!
We will have the larger items all priced and some of the smalls such as glasses, ornaments, books, vinyl will all have blanket pricing - however, we will bundle the unpriced items together and make deals - REASONABLE offers will be considered.
We will load up pictures on Monday.
The home has furniture including an almost new reclining sectional sofa. We are selling ALL appliances including the washer and dryer, Frigidaire refrigerator, oven/cooktop combination, dishwasher, and built in microwave. We have not yet explored all of the outdoor equipment but know there is a push mower and a riding mower.
