NO EARLY BIRDS AT ALL. No access to property for browsing early. Police will be called if trespassing. Sale is happening in front 2 rooms of home only. No large bags or backpacks, no unattended children, no pets on site. We are not responsible for any accidents. You must bring your own truck and muscle to move items. We cannot hold items. All items must be picked up by Sunday at 2pm. Payments accepted: Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash.
