No pets allowed - service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park respectfully curbside. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.
Owners will be on site during sale - please keep your comments civil.

Truly Vintage Estate Sale - June 27-29, 2025 - 9am-5pm each day (no early birds, please). Door opens promptly at 9am. If there is a large crowd gathering numbers will be handed out.
This house is a literal time capsule of the 1950s and 1960s! Below is a run down of item categories:
Retro furniture (living room, dining room, breakfast room, den, three bedrooms, basement/workshop) many stylized individual pieces
Formal and everyday china and glassware, formal silver plate
Linens (vintage table, bedding, dish towels, bath)
Framed art and decor
Small metal garden tables and plant stands
Women’s classic and stylish clothing in excellent condition (sizes to come)
We are exploring the bedrooms today (6/13) and will list our discoveries tonight! Next week we get into the basement where unique and useful items were seen. Keep checking bacliff!
