Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park respectfully curbside. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.
Owners will be on site during sale - please keep your comments civil.

Two antique shop owners, full house, plenty of items to choose from at great prices!
We go in tomorrow - no rest for the weary! Took some pix today and more to come Saturday evening. Trust us, there’s a LOT MORE STUFF to be photographed! Extremely diverse categories! Plenty for everyone’s liking!
So far: Loads of Depression Glass in various colors, Christmas, Baby Dolls (1950s w/ clothes), bookshelves, hand tools and hardware for wood working and gardening, leaf blower, hedge trimmers, small chainsaws, small furniture (indoor and outdoor), 19th century potty w/ two chamber pots and lids to choose from, small curiosities (Royal Doulton figurines, Hummers and Goebels, Fenton Hobnail, fine china, Vintage flatware in chest, needle work items (knitting, crochet, tatting and petit point, threads, yarn and patterns), patterns and materials for dollhouse miniatures, antique door hardware, wall sconces, lamps (old and new with shades), lamp repair parts, loads of lamp prisms, trail bike, sewing machine in case, plus contents of plastic bins yet to be opened! Still so many to open and explore. Owner has assured us of treasures within! Can’t wait to go to work on them tomorrow 7/5/25!
