-We gladly accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
-All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. We can not guarantee that electronic devices work.
-If you choose to buy an item with a two-part perforated tag, tear off the bottom portion and bring to check out. A Southern Tidiness associate will attach a sold tag to that item and can add your name if need be.
-Please do not block driveways. The estate driveway is reserved as a loading area only.
-No public restrooms
-For the safety of children, please keep them with you at all times. Children should not be roaming around alone.
-Please be prepared to move, load and transport all bought items. All bought items must be removed by the end of the last sale day unless other arrangements have been made by Southern Tidiness or the home owner.
-A sign up list to secure your place in line will be at the front door Friday 14th by 3pm. Please print first and last name clearly.
