ESPARZA’S “STEVE BROWN” ESTATE SALE

This is the estate of Steve J. Brown, the founder and long-time owner of “ESPARZA’s” Restaurant in Grapevine, Texas. We have been fortunate enough to be trusted in hosting his estate sale, and entrust that all patrons attending the sale ensure an upmost respect for his home and belongings. With that said, this estate is vast and filled with amazing sports memorabilia, furniture, kitchenware, etc. The parking situation is less than ideal, if you plan on attending, be sure to wear tennis shoes. A decent walk to the sale will be required.
