Terms: Cash and checks with proper ID. We can accept many electronic payments, but a 3% processing fee will be applied to the total. If you are a reseller, please have reseller number. 6% sales tax will be applied to your purchase if you are not tax exempt.

Please bring help to move furniture, we are not staffed to move large items. We can provide numbers for local moving assistance. We can be flexible on furniture pick up, but payment must be made at time of purchase.

Wonderful two day estate sale in Alanton, Virginia Beach! Sunday, March 22nd. Noon to 2 PM- most items 50% off! We close from 2-2:30 then 2:30 to 4pm- Clean out sale! Be sure to leave bids/offers on items you want to purchase at less than 50% off. High bidder wins! Great variety in this lovely home!
