This is an online estate sale. All items are available for purchase online prior to the scheduled pickup date. Due to property restrictions, the sale location is not open for public browsing.

Items are sold on a first-paid, first-served basis. While we make every effort to update listings promptly, an item may become unavailable if purchased through another sales platform.

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers acknowledge that all sales are final and that items may show normal signs of use consistent with age and prior ownership. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and available information before making a purchase.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs; however, Another Room Estate Sales is not responsible for omissions, errors in descriptions, or variations in color and appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

No shipping is available. Buyers must pick up purchased items during the designated pickup window. Pickup instructions and address information will be provided to confirmed buyers only.

For the privacy of the homeowner and community, the property address will only be provided to confirmed buyers with scheduled pickups.

Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate assistance, tools, packing materials, and transportation for the removal of purchased items. Another Room Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for loading, moving, or transporting purchases.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, chargebacks, or credits will be issued.
